What a wonderful place to base camp for our business trip! Great place to work and prepare to meet clients! Loved getting to come home and relax in a home that has absolutely everything you need. Additionally, a fantastic location for exploring, dining, hiking waterfalls all over the surrounding areas.

Best house ever!

We have rented many vacation homes over the years and this house by far was the most well stocked home. Everything we needed was there, right down to spices and even some condiments in the fridge. We cooked Christmas dinner in this kitchen and it was very well stocked with all we needed to do that. Super clean! Loved the wood burning stove, and the porch with the swing (even though it was kinda cold for that). All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful stay in Franklin!

Not your typical vrbo with 1 roll of TP or paper towels, travel size dishwashing detergent, etc. This vrbo had everything you needed for a weeks stay plus more! We had several bottles of wine left for us (the idea is to take one and leave your favorite for the next guest). The home had enough TP for the week, spices, foil, baggies, and a welcome bowl with snacks! We appreciated the guest book with ideas of things to do in the area. We loved sitting on the front porch in the comfy chairs and porch swing to drink our morning. Master bedroom bed was very comfy. Shower was wonderful. Loved the game table upstairs and extra sleeping room on the futons in the loft. It even had a super cute bunk area. My only recommendation would be to put a gate at the top of the bunk. I was afraid to have my kiddo sleep up there incase he forgot it was a ladder and not stairs in the middle of the night, but he liked his little hangout area during the day! We loved our stay and hope to stay again!!
