We were a few families staying together for a ski weekend…only a short drive to Ragged Mountain. We had a blast and really enjoyed all the space, the bedrooms, and so many bathrooms! The game room and movie theater were awesome too!!

Very good communication and help readily available. The house was super clean and very well stocked with plenty of linens available as well. Snow removal was quick and efficient and all walkways were shoveled as well,Only trouble was hot water took forever to get and needed to be run for a ridiculous amount of time to even get warm. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely location and overall property with amazing energy.

Walks in the woods, the well-stocked kitchen and great room. The property is just fabulous for our larger-sized group. Very best part were the sunrises 🌅

This property worked very well for our family. We cooked all our meals and found everything we needed to cook and serve 13 people. The house was clean and well supplied. We used the kayaks and the bikes, enjoyed the upper patio as well as the deck. We will definitely book this property again

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our week in New Hampshire! We had family from 4 months old to 78 years and there was plenty of room for all. We had one problem with a bed frame that was broken, but received a response within a few hours. We would return to this property!

This property is a bit of paradise on Lake Webster. We have a large family with many small grandchildren. It is perfect for younger families that just want to relax and enjoy their time together. There is plenty of room so all are comfortable and happy too!

Excellent stay

Overall a great stay - had plenty of bedrooms, everything we needed for our stay, and was perfectly quirky. The place wasn't perfectly clean, but it was also tough for a place that big. Some of the light switches also didn't work, but those are minor quibbles, it was a great stay.

Fun Family Spot

This was the perfect spot for our retired siblings and spouses gathering. The living room with a fantastic view of the lake was big enough for all of us to gather comfortably. Each couple enjoyed lovely bedroom with private bath. Spacious kitchen with two refrigerators and a second dishwasher was a benefit for our family who all love to cook. We are already planning our next visit.

Great stay, slow Wifi

Property was lovely, super clean and nice, excellent amenities. Only downside is the WiFi was very slow, which was only a problem since we were on a work offsite and needed to do zoom meetings. For a vacation or leisure trip, this wouldn’t be a problem.

Plenty of space for 16 adults to sleep, cook & play outside in the yard and on the lake

Check in was very easy. Everything that was needed in the kitchen, second fridge made it easier for food storage. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and space for 16 adults. The indoor and outdoor space was perfect. The trails out back, the seating area on the hill as well as the fresh eggs were a bonus. A very memorable time for our family to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. Would definitely recommend this property for larger groups.
