3 bedroom, 2 bath country farmhouse featuring spacious bedrooms with comfy beds & plenty of closet space. Master bed/bath equipped with adjustable bed & jacuzzi tub. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, the home also has a king-size pullout sofa in one of the 2 living areas for added sleeping space. Big kitchen that is well stocked with all the essentials such as pots, pans, utensils & diningware. Beautiful river & mountain views from inside or outside the home to wake up to each morning, along with complimentary coffee & breakfast snacks provided. River access within walking distance at Mainspring's Gibson Bottoms site where guests can fish, float or splash around in the Little Tennessee River. Property boasts a nice, big yard with long-horn cattle grazing just on the other side of the fence . With Franklin being named the "Gem Capital of the World”, there are numerous gem mines, which are open to the public, in the nearby Cowee Valley area where native rubies and sapphires have been mined for years. The Cowee School Arts & Heritage Center can also be found nearby, along with many other historical sites & places to explore. Plenty of opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors! River floating tubes & fishing poles are provided for those who want to float or fish the fascinating Little Tennessee River. Back patio has an outdoor grilll & small fire pit .For further entertainment during your stay, there are Smart TVs in both living areas and board games/playing cards for your enjoyment.

Trash dump is located just up the road. When you exit Rain Ridge, take a left & you can't miss it. Will be on your right @ stop sign.
Please place all used towels in master bathtub.
