Book elsewhere. Filthy rooms and very rude staff! Walked into our room that they said was just cleaned. One bed didn't have sheets or blankets and pull out couch was filled with trash. Sticky substance all over cushions and when we told the manager he did not care at all. No apology. Booked a room for 5 people and they said they didn't have enough blankets or pillows for one of the beds. There's much more but I'll sum it up. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Rooms are nice and large with fridge, microwave and small sink. No supplies for kitchen area (paper towels, cutlery). Only one small waste bin in bathroom was inconvenient as had no service for 4 nights. Maybe I needed to request? Who knows?!
Employee not masked at check in. Gave incorrect information about breakfast...said there should be hot breakfast in the morning. I specifically asked if there would be bagels and was told there would be. Breakfast was a bag with warm yogurt, apple, muffin...completely unacceptable.
Good location to concert in Mansfield
COVID is no excuse for a dirty hotel and no towels and TVs that don’t work. Not to mention you are overcharging at $200 a night.
When i went to take a shower the bottom was filling up and it started to flood the bathroom, lifted up the drain cover and it was covered in soap scum and hair and other things blocking the water from going down. I removed it with paper towels but its was very gross. No soap in the kitchen to wash our used dishes with or hands and no dish soap to start the dish washer
With the pandemic, most amenities are canceled. The friendliness and responsiveness of the staff more than makes up for it.
It was close to our destination and staff was very willing to accommodate when issues were brought to their attention. Property in poor condition. Ironic to see the COVID statement of cleanliness upon check in and to then find pubic hair and soiled towels in bathroom. Toilet reservoir refill was nonfunctioning.
The place was extremely clean. The staff at the front desk go the extra mile to make sure the guests are satisfied.
This hotel was under major renovations. Its location was out in the middle of nowhere. The room had dirty towels behind the door.
We loved the space and layout. Large bathroom beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. We would recommend staying here - especially families
