Namaste Here is an adorable and quite traditional mid-Century modern home in the downtown Frankfort residential district. It is in an absolutely incredible location just 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from downtown Frankfort! The location truly provides a full Frankfort experience!

NEIGHBORHOOD:
The home is in an incredible location right in the heart of downtown Frankfort! It's just 2 blocks from the gorgeous and family-friendly Frankfort Public Beach on Lake Michigan and Frankfort's famous lighthouse. It's also just 1 block from Main Street in Frankfort, which features a growing collection of restaurants, cafes, shops, a microbrewery, and a movie theater.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire upper level. The lower level (including the laundry room) is not open for guest usage.
THE SPACE:
The home has a 2-bedrooms, 1-bathroom and lots of great natural lighting! It is updated with modern conveniences including high-speed Wi-Fi, live streaming television, and modern appliances. Features a gorgeous deck overlooking a large backyard with lots room to play. Includes outdoor dining furniture and an outdoor propane grill as well.
The home is a great fit for couples, two couples, individuals, or a small family! It truly has the location and the comforts to provide for a great getaway to northern Michigan!
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles.
2. The washer and dryer in the basement is not for guest usage.
3. The home does not have air conditioning, but air conditioning is rarely needed at the property due to its latitude and proximity to Lake Michigan.
4. Basement level of the house is not part of the rental and is empty pending renovation. It should not be accessed unless necessary (water heater etc.). No construction planned for the immediate future - you will have peace and quiet! Please note there is a security camera in the basement to monitor any issues with the furnace and water heater.

Loved our time here! One block from Main Street. Still very quiet and relaxing. Two blocks from Lake Michigan. Will definitely return, and soon!
