First Floor: A ground floor bedroom suite with a king bed and private bath, sitting area with two couches and TV—perfect for relaxation.

This town home is beautiful and spacious. The location was close to the beach, you can drive or bike but Fenwick beach turned out to the the better beach for us. The issue we had was that there was a ton of garbage from the previous vacationers and the floors were absolutely filthy. The garbage created an issues in the garage before we arrived and there were flies everywhere who also made it into the home. The comforters blankets were not clean and smelled of other people. If you’re planning to stay here beware that the pick up and drop off location for the welcome packet is 15 minutes away from the property. If it wasn’t for the cleanliness issues we would book again, but we won’t be.

Amazing house.

We enjoyed our stay, 4 adults and four kids. Very spacious.One thing we could have used for the kids was an outdoor shower.Elevator was a great plus.
