Sleeping 6, this adorable home offers 2 queen primary bedrooms with en-suite baths on the 2nd floor, plus a set of bunk beds in the first floor den/3rd sleeping area. Although the beaches, boardwalk, shops and restaurants of Bethany are just a short drive away, you won't have to leave the neighborhood. Enjoy a tennis match and then lounge by the fabulous community pool! Afterwards, you can even whip up a great meal in the full equipped kitchen; the home also offers a gas grill on the rear patio. Book a week now while there are still prime weeks available. No pets or smoking please. Guests pay a $165 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00.
