Umgebung sehr schön zum wandern . Haus, Grundstück sehr in die Jahre gekommen und unsauber.

Wanderungen top.👍. Haus war nicht sauber. Im Badezimmer lag (benutztes) Toilettenpapier in der Dusche, Küchenschränke und der Fliesen-Spiegel unsauber und fettig, so das man mit den Händen dran klebte. Am ersten Tag erstmal alles gereinigt. Mobiliar sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sofa war extrem abgenutzt, sodas wir ein Bettlaken drauf gelegt haben, damit man sich auf die Sitzfläche setzten konnte ohne das man Kunstlederabrieb an der Kleidung hatte. Der Hausbesitzer sagte uns, dass ein neues Sofa im Keller steht, müsste nur noch aufgebaut werden. Ein Bett viel zu groß für das Schlafzimmer. Man konnte dadurch die Badezimmer Tür nur ein Stück auf machen ( Schiebetür wäre eine Option ) Dachfenster für kleinere Personen unmöglich zu öffnen. Haus innen kalt, obwohl der Ofen an gemacht wurde. Tagsüber war es stets dunkel im inneren, so dass man das Licht einschalten musste. Terrasse kommt auch kaum Sonne hin. Jedoch war es auf der Terrasse wärmer als im Haus. Um das Haus herum keine Gartenpflege. Umgebung und Wanderungen sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle Umgebung, der Park leider fast ohne Freizeitaktivitäten. Natur pur.

Leider war unser Haus renovierungsbedürftig, viele Dinge einfach abgewohnt und kaputt. Über Sauberkeit spreche ich hier nicht !!!!! Da wäre die Liste zu lang !!!! Der Park an sich ist total schön gelegen, idealer Startpunkt für ausgedehnte Wanderungen. Leider sind fast alle Freizeitaktivitäten im Park selber geschlossen oder gesperrt. Da gibt es wohl Ärger zwischen dem Besitzer und dem Pächter, keine Ahnung. Wir waren schon das 2te Mal im Park und würden auch gerne wieder kommen, wenn der Park einfach auch für Kinder und Jugendliche was zu bieten hätte. Aus meiner Sicht sollte es kein Problem sein die Minigolfanlage wieder in Betrieb zu nehmen. Ein Mehrzweckplatz zum Fussballspielen oder Basketball wäre auch wünschenswert, ist auch möglich !!! Wir finden es schade, dass dieser soo schön gelegene Park durch das Desinteresse von Investoren und Konfikten diverser Parteien nicht das ist , was er sein könnte !!!! Wir hoffen, dass sich das in den nöchsten Jahren noch bessert !!!! Wir würden auf jeden Fall mal wieder kommen.
