This room leads to a terrace and patio area. Additionally, there is a 12 square meter room with a double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a hand-basin, and a separate WC. The open kitchen, measuring 8 square meters, comes complete with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower and a separate WC on this level. Upstairs, accessed via a spiral staircase, you'll find a 12 square meter room with sloping ceilings and a double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a hand-basin, and access to a balcony. Finally, there is an 11 square meter room, also with sloping ceilings, containing 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and access to the balcony.
