It had all the essentials and the reception staff were friendly and spoke perfect English to which was appreciated! I left my laptop charger cable and had to go back for it and it was ready and waiting at reception which was a big relief.The downsides were that I came during July so it was hot and there is no air conditioning in the rooms, The amenities were also pretty basic, and the coffee/creamers were not topped up I had to go and request more. Lastly, there was shouting and the sound of smashing bottles right outside my window late on the Sunday evening, although I don't think this is typical of the area, which felt very safe.

Was made to wait 10 mins to check in while receptionist was on a personal call. Wi-fi voucher system was terrible and didn't work properly. Basic amenities like moisturiser wasn't available. Maybe I'm being very particular but for the same price other hotels offer better service.

Comfortable stay

I chose this hotel for a recent business trip which involved commuting to Nurnberg Messe. The hotel was extremely clean with large bedrooms and was very fairly priced compared to the overpriced hotels closer to the Messe.

Located not far out of Nuremberg, this hotel was pleasant and quiet. Parking was onsite (for an additional fee) and the garage had access directly to the hotel. Walking distance from the centre of Erlangen with lots of nice shops and restaurants.
