Very friendly, multilingual staff. Fantastic breakfast. Clean rooms and good beds. It is about 500 meters to the shopping district and to Simpl Alter Restaurant, the best in Erlangen. We really enjoyed our stay!

We visited the Hotel from the 1st to the 5th of June along with 16 others. From the moment we walked in until we left we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. All of the staff were so friendly and I always say if you are nice you get it back. I would particularly like to point out one member of staff who shone out and her name is Maureen Aguila Berito ( I hope I have the spelling correct). This beautiful young lady never stopped smiling all the way through our visit and it was a pleasure to meet her. We are hoping to visit next year when we find out the dates of the Festival and hope that she will still be there then. My Husband had been in the Hotel business for over 30 years as a General Manager so as you can imagine what we look out for. He would have certainly employed Maureen in a heart beat. Many thanks for a wonderful visit and hope to see you all next year.

We spent a weekend in Erlangens Novotel - parents and a teenage kid and we were surprised by the nice and spacious room we were offered (appartment with a roof terrace) and the quality and freshness of the breakfast. The service was extremely friendly and helpful and the cook ddin't stop to refresh and replenish the buffet. I'm giving full credit score for the hotel as well due to the walking distance location of the hotel to the old town and town center of Erlangen.

Booked this only a couple months ago just for one night, over the last couple of weeks there have been a lot of negative comments regarding the hotel. I turn up on the day of my stay and found it be an excellent hotel with very friendly & helpful staff, I for one would definitely stay here again.

Our extended family of seven was welcomed at the hotel by friendly staff. Our two requested rooms were ready except for the baby bed, but that was quickly delivered. The upstairs floor offered a very large outside deck and room with a pullout couch, bed, and kitchenette with fridge. We were helped with reservations for dinner at the nearby brewhouse and were so pleased with the experience. The extra fast wifi was good and easy to access on our multiple devices. The breakfast was wonderful with the selection of warm and hot foods. Parking was available in the well-lit garage (extra). We will definitely drive through again.

On our way to italian alps we stayed one night in a business room. The room was clean and functional and in total, OK hotel-room. Friendly service and good breakfast. Close to the centre of the city with a lot of cafe´s and restaurants.

A standard business hotel so the rooms are without character but it was clean and functional. The service In the bar/food area was excellent despite being very busy. The scramble for taxis in the morning is crazy with queue jumping, long waits and no control at all.

Stayed there for business. Didn't really like it. Small, industrial rooms, which give you a sad feeling. Reception staff was slow, often unfriendly and did not have a good knowledge of the area. Best part was checking out. And maybe the breakfast which was average.

Friendly reception, tv with many channels, bed ok, bathroom ok (with saging signs) That in combo with shy wlan ( I used my telecom flatrate to do my work), relative fresh room temperature (air heating could not compensate fresh breeze from window), 17€ for standard breakfast buffet and premium parking costing, makes in comparison this experience "average".

The hotel itself is very good, however, a bit pricey - that's my opinion. Taking in account hotel branch specifics for Erlangen it is more or less normal, due to all hotels are a bit expensive there, despite not more special than their twins in another areas. But despite the price everything else is just great. Staff deserves additional "plus" mark. Nice parking, good equipped rooms, delicious breakfast.
