They were doing construction on the front lobby so we used a side entrance. The construction dumpster out front had a black bear in it so we could not get out of our car for a while. The hallway had new carpet but the room looked old.

Great breakfast and pool facilities. I had a problem at check in, but the guest agent was very helpful with fixing it. Room was in great shape. Bathroom fan was loud. Staff was very nice.

Parking was simple with a large parking lot available. We were on the 2nd floor and although shampoo, conditioner and body wash were offered the bottles were empty. I didn’t think to check to see if there was product until I was in the shower. Fortunately I brought my own. The front desk man Kevin was a wonderful pleasure to converse with! He was very friendly and helpful when we needed to stay one more night. He made sure the new room on the 1st floor was serviced completely.

The A/C and heat did not work in my room. The microwave was unplugged and shoved in a closest. It also did not work when I tried it. Not worth the money to stay here. Dirty bathroom. All around bad experience.

My room was right beside the front desk- which was noisy and staff were loud. At 4am I was awoken by a staff person saying good morning loudly. I had a barely hot shower- temp was ALL the way up & it was never hot. There was a lightbulb lying on the counter- soap was already open- which I didn’t use- and the blind was broken. Facility is newly renovated but poorly done & I was terribly disappointed
