The mess is fully fenced and equipped with automatic gate, indoor parking spaces of which two are covered, large outdoor spaces and small courtyards equipped for relaxation, outdoor shower in the pool area.

Casino Casalino is a luxury villa born from the enlightened renovation of an old country house dating back to the late `700s - early `800s, which has retained its ancient charm while now being equipped with all modern comforts.
In the large garden, a large area is dedicated to the brand new swimming pool where you can spend days of absolute relaxation, sunbathing on comfortable deck chairs or relaxing in the shade of the gazebo.
Stepping through the small doors that open along the perimeter of the ancient walls of the Casino, one finds oneself in small gardens equipped with outdoor sofas, pertaining to the villa`s annexes.
A porch furnished for outdoor dining is complete with ceiling blades and an antique wood-burning oven.
The interior of Casino Casalino consists of large rooms common to all guests, such as the large living room, the spacious super-equipped kitchen , the room with pool table, the gymnasium , and the ground floor TV room.
From the TV room, you hall to the upper floor where there are 3 double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. In addition, one of the rooms has a hall with a designer bathtub.
The other 4 double bedrooms, also complete with en suite shower rooms, are located on the ground floor in self-contained annexes with independent access.

The Casino is a country residence located in the Brindisi area, just 2 km from the town of Francavilla Fontana, which is rich in architecture, history and art.
The town of Oria, just 3 km from the villa, is also a beautiful ancient city with a medieval center and ancient folk traditions worth discovering.
Casino Casalino is exclusive location for weddings, private, artistic and cultural events, corporate meetings, parties, receptions, concerts.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 35 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September, off-season pool's opening with an extra of euro 200.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 110 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
