Trullo Yoram is a characteristic Apulian trullo transformed into aasplendid villa with pool for vacation rental in Puglia. The trullo with pool and solarium offers up to 8 beds in the countryside of Francavilla Fontana.
In the garden, in addition to the pool and solarium equipped with sun loungers, there is an outdoor shower, wood-burning oven and barbecue , and parking.
There is air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, dishwasher, coffee maker, hair dryer and TV. Pets allowed.

In the main one there are a large living room with sofas, TV, dining room, well-equipped kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms located in the trullo and 2 shower rooms.
In the annex there are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms . The two rooms have separate entrances but can make themselves communicated through an internal door.

The Trullo Yoram is located in the countryside north of Francavilla Fontana, along the contrade leading toward Ceglie Messapica. The area is characterized by lush greenery and nature, ancient dry stone walls, trulli and lamie.
The towns with all the main services are just a few kilometers away by car.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from June to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
