The space
***Available only for 30+ day stays***. The studio cottage can sleep two people and is perfect for a getaway on the water. The space features a comfortable queen bed and bathroom as well as a sitting area and tv with Netflix, Youtube, and other apps. You can also enjoy a drink on your balcony facing the water.
The kitchen is stocked with kitchenware and utensils. There is also a grill in the yard to BBQ with family and friends while enjoying the waterfront.

Once we have confirmed your reservation, you will receive check-in instructions. Guests have access to the cottage and backyard space on the water, as well as access to use the dock.
