This is a lovely hotel right in the heart of Fowey. We have stayed here a few times now and each time has been thoroughly enjoyable. The staff are friendly and keen to do what they can for you, the rooms are great (ours had double aspect windows over the river, which was delightful), and the food is really good too (we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner in their restaurant). Ideally placed to explore Fowey and all its shops, cafes and restaurants. We would happily visit again.

We had a lovely stay to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Marco the Manager was extremely welcoming , even putting our bags in our lovely room. The room and hotel are immaculate and very luxurious. The Sunday dinner was wonderful as was the breakfast. Very high quality ingredients. The staff were very attentive. A very relaxing stay. A fantastic stay in beautiful Fowey

What a fantastic stay we had as two couples celebrating my birthday. How lucky was I to receive a complimentary room upgrade which was a great surprise. The room had a side view overlooking the water, a comfortable king bed and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful with so many cooked options. The hotel was central in Fowey, so everything was easily walkable. Sitting on the terrace with a drink on the water was a really calming area. Can’t recommend this fantastic find enough

Staff at breakfast were poor, a little discourteous and unwelcoming. Standard coffee was weak but if you ask for a speciality coffee (not advertised) then much better. Stair carpet needs replacing. Excellent location and the room was perfect.
