This charming 56 m² stone house is perfect for 4 people. It includes a 14 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds), as well as a shower room with WC. You will enjoy a private courtyard with a terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers, ideal for fully enjoying the coastline in complete tranquility.
The town center and shops are 150 m away, the bus station is 400 m away, the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6.3 km away, and the Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive.
To be paid upon arrival: two security deposits: €500 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and the tourist tax.
OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival:
- Linens: bed linen €12 (one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases) per bed per week; set of two bath or beach towels €12 per week; set of two bath mats €7 per week; kitchen linens (two tea towels and two hand towels) €7 per week.
- Cleaning: €100.
The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.
