In the heart of a small residence "Cap Azur" and a landscaped park, treat yourself to the FULL SEA VIEW and the HEATED POOL (April to September) right in front of your terrace.
This comfortable apartment, located on the 1st floor with its south-facing living room, is perfectly equipped for 4 people. Cap Coz Beach is accessible opposite 30 meters away. You have your own private parking space at the foot of the building. The nautical center of Fouesnant-les glénan is 200 meters from the apartment for any nautical activity.
A bedroom with sleeping accommodation for 2 people, a living room with TV screen and sleeping accommodation for 2 other people, an equipped kitchen area, a bathroom and a separate toilet make up the apartment.
A terrace with table and chairs will allow you to take full advantage of the breathtaking view of the sea and the heated swimming pool.

Lovely little flat in a complex opposite a great beach. The area is simply magnificent, particularly if you like walking. Fouesnant, with a decent range of shops including an amazing Creperie is about 25 minutes walk, along very quite country lanes or cycle paths. Its Friday market is unmissable. Also check out the coast path to Beg Meil. Local oysters and Mussels are available from a nearby beach ‘shack’ For a couple, with a small dog, the flat was perfect, and we have many happy memories of sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.

Die Anlage an sich ist sehr schön.Allerdings hatten wir das Pech, dass das Schlafzimmer inklusiver Matratze und Bettzeug so nach Zigarettenrauch stank, dass an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken war.Auf eine Preisreduzierung ließ sich der Vermieter nicht ein.

Einfache Wohnung mit wunderbarem Meerblick

Auch in diesem Jahr haben wir die kleine, einfache aber ausreichend ausgestattete Wohnung in toller, ruhiger Lage genossen. Pool und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr gepflegt. Am besten ist natürlich der Blick aufs Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war überraschend leise in der Anlage! Platzmässig war die Wohnung allerdings sehr knapp bemessen - aber wenn man sich organisiert hatte, dann ging es. Toller Strand - mit Toilette, Eisdiele und Frittenbude.
