PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Rosa is a lovely villa with private pool in Le Marche region, located at a short distance from Fossombrone. It is situated at the countryside in a very calm position but it’s also close to the Adriatic coast. The location is perfect for those seeking for relaxation with the comfort of being at a short distance to the sea. Guests can benefit of a wide garden rich in plants and a wonderful pool. The property, which is entirely fenced-in, is completed by a well equipped porch with tables and chairs and a panoramic gazebo with sitting area, ideal to spend pleasant moments outdoors.

The villa is on two levels. The ground floor is composed of a living room-kitchen, double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads downstairs, where there are two double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds all with direct access to the garden and two bathrooms with shower. Air conditioning is available on the ground floor in the living room-kitchen and in the corridor of the sleeping area both on the ground floor and lower floor.

Wunderschönes Haus und Grundstück in toller ruhiger Lage in Campagna

Einwandfreie und problemlose Kommunikation mit Barbara (spricht Italienisch und Englisch). Sehr freundlich. Check-in um 16:00 Uhr ohne Probleme und völlig unkompliziert. Sehr ruhig mitten in der Campagna gelegen (3/4 Häuser in der Umgebung, sonst nichts). 5-7 Minuten mit dem Auto bis Fossombrone, wo alles vorhanden ist: Supermärkte, Restaurants, Wochenmarkt (immer montags). Bis nach Fano zum (Sand-) Strand sind es mit dem Auto knapp 30 Minuten. Es gibt sogar einen eigenen Hunde-Strand. Liegen und Sonnenschirme waren dort auch zu leihen (8€ für eine Liege oder einen Schirm pro Tag). Tägliche Reinigung des Pools (ca. 10m lang) und Leerung der Mülleimer absolut unauffällig frühmorgens (Danke an Elio). Es war immer ALLES sauber. Ausreichend viele Schlafzimmer. 3 Bäder. Küchenzeile (mit Backofen, Ceran-Kochfeld, Filterkaffee-Maschine, Kühlschrank, ausreichend Besteck, Geschirr, Gläser, Küchenhelfer, Töpfe, Pfannen etc.). Tisch und Stühle (ein wenig unbequem). Leider nur ein 3-Sitzer-Sofa und Sessel im Wohnbereich. Haben immer draußen am großen Tisch gefrühstückt. Grill steht zur Verfügung. Tischtennisplatte, Tischkicker. Komplett eingezäunt (unser Hund hatte ausreichend Freiraum). Sehr weitläufig. Mit Elektrotor. Viele Olivenbäume, sehr viel Rosmarin. Insgesamt können wir sagen, dass die Woche eine wunderschöne war, in einem tollen, sauberen Haus mit klasse Pool inkl. Liegen und Schirmen und wunderschöner Landschaft/Umgebung. DANKE nochmal an Barbara und Elio. Ci vediamo

Premier commentaire sur cette location. Peut être est ce la première fois que cette villa est louée ou les gens ne prennent pas le temps de laisser une appréciation ! Accueil formidable ( corbeille de fruits, eau, lait, vin et plateaux de pâtisseries !) Villa conforme à sa description située en effet à la campagne sans voisins à proximité! Le top pour une tranquillité ! Propriétaires tres serviables! Je recommande!

De très belles vacances avec une maison qui correspond aux descriptions, propre, des matériaux modernes. Les propriétaires sont disponibles, avenants. Nous recommandons ce lieu et pensons sérieusement à y retourner une prochaine année.
