The Casale Tarugo Montalto is located in the hinterland of Pesaro about 400 meters above sea level in a fenced plot of 8 000 m2. The property is surrounded by sunny hills surrounded by unspoilt nature. The house has two separate apartments (Montalto and Tarugo) each with separate entrances. Distributed on two floors. Montalto on the ground floor and the first floor Tarugo and offers a total of: 3 bedrooms for up to 12 people; 2 kitchens; 3 bathrooms and a spacious lounge equipped with big screen TV, stereo radio / CD player, a pool table, darts and some fitness equipment. For relaxation there is a swimming pool with ecologicher Salzfilerung, a mini-pool with jacuzzi for 4-6 people with panoramic views over the countryside. For our younger guests the play area is equipped with table football, table tennis and mini billiards while other games in the game room of the house are. Ideal for children, families and couples. Pets welcome.

Ein traumhaftes Landhaus in der Idylle

Ein absolutes Muss für alle Leute die einen sehr entspannten und ruhigen Urlaub haben wollen. Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben ist der Weg zum Haus selbst da dieser meist nicht befestigt war aber der Ausblick hat das alles wieder nach hinten gestellt einfach nur traumhaft.

Ruhe und Erholung garantiert

Das Bauernhaus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage in den Hügeln südlich von Fossombrone. Die Bilder zeigen genau wie es ist. Es ist keine nagelneue Villa wie sie andernorts wie Pilze aus dem Boden schiessen. Das Ferienhaus hat seinen Charm und es hat alles was man benötigt. Vor allem die riesige Terrasse und der große Pool sind super. Die letzten Kilometer von Fossombrone sind landestypisch kleine Straßen, aber man kann problemlos ohne SUV dort hin fahren. Beim Einkaufen sollte man trotzdem nichts vergessen...;-) Die Kommunikation mit Sergio, wie auch mit Anne & Claudio lief sehr gut, uns wurde immer sofort geholfen und auch das mehrmalige Verschieben wegen Corona war sehr nett und nicht selbstverständlich. Nochmal vielen Dank dafür. Wir haben die 2 Wochen sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus in Alleinlage

Das Haus entspricht genau dem, wie es präsentiert und beschrieben wird. Der Gastgeber und sein Team sind immer freundlich sehr bemüht, jedes Anliegen sofort zu berücksichtigen. Trotz der ruhigen Lage hat man alle Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen, Essen gehen, bummeln in der Nähe. Ein Auto ist aber notwendig. Wir kommen kommen gerne wieder!

Ein erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus liegt schön ruhig in den Hügeln bei Fossombrone. Auch wenn das letzte Stück zum Haus aus einem geschotterter Feldweg besteht, ist es auch ohne ein SUV oder einen Geländewagen gut befahrbar. Der Check-in war, trotz vorhandenen Sprachbarriere, kein Problem. Da wir gerne über Nacht fahren, waren wir schon am Morgen am Haus. Dies hatten wir vorher per Mail mit Sergio abgeklärt und es war kein Problem. Überhaupt war die Kommunikation mit Sergio super. Egal ob ein Verschieben des Urlaubs von 2020 auf 2021 wegen Corona oder Problem mit Fewo-direkt, weil das Zahlungssystem nicht richtig funktionierte, alles kein Problem. Er hat sich engagiert und es gab immer schnelle Antworten. Dafür noch Mal ein größeres Dankeschön. Dadurch, das wir früher in das Haus konnten, wurde nur etwas oberflächlich geputzt, war aber OK, da wir so keine Stunden im Auto warten mussten. Der Pool ist der Hammer und wird nur noch von der Weitsicht über das Tal vom Whirlpool aus getoppt. Die große Eiche vor den Haus bietet genug Schatten, wenn wenn man mal aus der Sonne raus will. Die Einrichtung hat uns leider etwas enttäuscht. Die ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider gibt es keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme. Hier will Sergio aber Abhilfe schaffen. Wir haben uns dann mit unserem Chrome-Cast beholfen, den wir mitgenommen hatten. Diesen haben wir im Schlafzimmer angeschlossen, da der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer nicht den passenden Anschluss hat. Überall im und am Haus sind WLAN-Antennen, leider ist die weitere Verbindung wetterabhängig. Liegt aber am Betreiber und nicht am WLAN. Funktioniert aber zu 90 %, was für unsere beiden Jungs wirklich wichtig war. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt, die Ruhe und die Pools genossen und uns gut erholt.

Erholung pur

Wir waren 1 Woche da es war ein Traum. Mein Mann , mein Sohn unsere 2 Hunde und ich haben jeden Tag genossen. Abgelegen ruhig ein Traum. Der Pool der Jacuzzi alles top. Im Haus war alles was man benötigt. Danke an Anna und Claudio beide waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Grundstück total eingezäunt. Man muss kein Angst haben das die Hunde raus kommen ( wir haben so einen ausreisser 😂) Wir kommen sicher wieder. Danke auch an sergio. Lg

Séjour Magnifique - Bellissimo Soggiorno

Une magnifique propriété dans cadre superbe. La description de l'annonce est fidèle. La communication toujours rapide. Nous sommes arrivés enchantés par la maison, rien n'y manque. What a great holiday house and super hospitality

Our great compliments to Sergio and his hosts Anna and Claudio. What a beautiful location on all aspects. The house is located in the middle of nowhere with a magnificent view of the Marche country side. Long views into the valley and the mountains far away. Absolute privacy and only the crickets break the silence. The house is the most complete we ever had. Pool, jacuzzi, table tennis, pool table, bikes, fitness gear, barbecue, and more and more and more. Everything is in perfect condition. The local hosts Claudio and Anna are super friendly and helpful and made sure the house was super clean. The welcome package was also very friendly. Good beds, complete modern bathrooms, a full kitchen, tables, chairs, sun beds, everything was there. In very good shape. So again thank you Sergio, you did everything you could to make our stay the best. We will definitely recommend this to our friends and anyone else. Arjan and family. PS: I do not recognise me at all in the only negative review here. Do not know what these people are complaining about.

Un gradito ritorno ed una splendida conferma per una breve vacanza

Dopo qualche anno ed il ricordo di uno splendido Capodanno trascorso con un gruppo di amici, siamo ritornati per una breve vacanza che, grazie al bel tempo (31°!), ci ha regalato un anticipo di estate! In questo caso abbiamo scelto di soggiornare al 1° piano nell’appartamento Tarugo, che è quello più ampio (fino a 8-9 posti letto), diversamente è anche disponibile al piano inferiore l’appartamento Montalto (2-4 persone). Abbiamo ritrovato la casa come la ricordavamo e cioè pulitissima, confortevole e ben gestita. C’è grande attenzione anche ai dettagli e, ad esempio, si rivela utilissimo il Libro degli Ospiti che Sergio, il gentile padrone di casa, lascia a disposizione dei vacanzieri sia per “capire” al meglio la casa (sono indicate le istruzioni d’uso dei vari elettrodomestici di casa, della Jacuzzi, della piscina e del barbecue), che per suggerire visite nei dintorni…il tutto corredato anche dai preziosi indirizzi di ristoranti! Non manca proprio nulla! Gli appartamenti sono molto attrezzati: lavatrice (al primo piano), lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro, pentolame, stoviglie, elettrodomestici vari, phon e, se occorre altro, basta chiedere! Inoltre vengono fornite la biancheria da letto e da bagno, le camere da letto ed i bagni sono dotate di comode zanzariere, mentre la sala giochi dell’appartamento Tarugo offre tv, libri, giochi di società per bimbi ed adulti, film ed un bellissimo e professionale biliardo. Insomma c’è da passare del tempo! In questa occasione abbiamo usufruito maggiormente anche della parte esterna del casale con la splendida piscina, la Jacuzzi panoramica sulle colline e la pratica doccia solare, oltre alla quercia ed il pergolato che permettono di apprezzare appieno l’atmosfera collinare e della campagna marchigiana. Ci è poi piaciuto moltissimo il comodo barbecue, che anni fa non era ancora stato costruito, e ci siamo rilassati un sacco nella quiete di questo casale che sarà apprezzato moltissimo da coloro i quali cercano serenità, solitudine e relax. Mi sento di consigliarlo a chi possiede animali domestici (noi abbiamo un cane), grazie all'ampio spazio presente, alle famiglie con bimbi e ragazzi viste le molteplici attività che si possono svolgere (ping pong, calico balilla, ludoteca e due mountain bikes) ma anche alle coppie, magari per un weekend romantico! Il casale è ben collegato con la superstrada (Urbino/Furlo/Roma), l'autostrada (A14 casello di Fano) ed il mare a mezz'ora...un casa dove ritornare!
