Fair price on property then added more than 150% in cleni g and food. We disputed this immediately. They asked us to show up at 7 instead of 4 for checkin. We showed up at 6. House was filthy and lived in. Said had garden. It was not a garden. We left immediately and did not stay . We are filing dispute with vrbo. This property should not be allowed to list

NON PRENOTARE QUESTA CASA VI ROVINATE LA VACANZA

Ci siamo rimasti per tre settimane ed è stata una delle peggiori esperienze che abbia mai avuto da quando affitto case estive. La casa non può essere abitata da più di tre persone perché dopo tre docce l’acqua finisce. Il circuito infatti la pesca da un serbatoio che si svuota velocemente. L’impianto elettrico è a mio parere completamente fuori norma, prese penzolanti e fili scoperti. Ho richiesto la certificazione a nostra e loro garanzia che non mi è stata mai fornita. La casa è piena di libri e riviste impolverati, piumoni e coperte copriletti vari negli armadi. Gli stessi armadi hanno un odore di chiuso e umido pazzesco, che rimane sui vestiti per giorni. La casa ha un bagno fatiscente, dai rubinetti esce un rivolo di acqua con cui è anche difficile anche lavarsi i denti. Il giardino è pericoloso per bambini sotto i 14 anni, è pieno di oggetti ammuffiti, come le sdraio, e ha numerosi oggetti metallici abbandonati. Inoltre è una selva, piena di nidificazioni di zanzare e quindi anche inutilizzabile se non si vuole essere aggrediti e martoriati da punture. Il dondolo arrugginito è coperto con un panno rosa spugnoso che è impresentabile. La doccia esterna in un locale semi aperto che dovrebbe essere smantellato per quanto è vetusto, decadente e completamente diroccato. La cucina è disastrosa, forno a due metri di altezza lavandino anni 40, con nessun piano d’appoggio. Le pentole sono vecchissime e piccole, non adatte per più di 3 persone. L’aria condizionata è solo in cucina. La casa è caldissima e i letti sono terribili, si affonda Le biciclette non sono utilizzabili, selle rotte, mancanza di freni e gomme sgonfie o bucate. Il giardino è una selva, piena di nidificazioni di zanzare e quindi anche inutilizzabile se non si vuole essere aggrediti e martoriati da punture. Inoltre aggiungo che la proprietaria obbliga i conduttori a innaffiare il giardino ogni sera, minacciando di richiedere l’abbandono della casa se non si ottempera a questa attività, purtroppo è inserito nelle regole della casa. In tre settimane ci ha sommerso di messaggi su questo tema, rovinando ancor di più la vacanza. La proprietaria non è per nulla accondiscente, abbiamo chiesto una pompa per la bicicletta e abbiamo dovuto aspettare giorni per poi averne una inutilizzabile. Una nota personale; devo dire che il tutto è anche abbastanza inquietante, il giardino è pieno di giochi per bambini scoloriti e mal tenuti. Per concludere il costo dei consumi è eso

Place is very nice but could be better maintained. Power and water outages happen with some frequency which wasn't ideal especially with the kids...

Ottima la posizione, la casa invece ha deluso le aspettative: cucina non attrezzata e scadente con forno sospeso a una altezza di 2 metri, secondo bagno esterno improvvisato come pure la zona lavanderia, giardino selvaggio.
