Located between the famous tourist resort of Forte dei Marmi and Cinquale, in Versilia, Villa Ilaria is in a privileged position. It is located in a quiet residential area a few steps from the beach and the central square of Cinquale, where there are all kinds of services.
This villa is ideal for families who want to spend their holidays by the sea or for a group of friends who want to enjoy the nightlife of Versilia.
Villa Ilaria is surrounded by a private garden, cared for once a week by a trusted gardener. The Villa is dominated by two pergolas where it is possible to eat outdoors and enjoy the barbecue. Outside there is also a laundry room with shower.
On the ground floor there is the living room, a small service bathroom, the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with access to the pergola.
The first floor is entirely dedicated to the bedrooms: a double bedroom (if necessary it can be transformed into a double bedroom), a bedroom with two bunk beds (3 single beds, 1 double bed), two double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
On the attic floor there is the master bedroom with balcony, a living room with sofa bed and another bathroom.
