My recent stay at the Vila Galé Sunset Cumbuco offered a mixed experience. As a new establishment, it certainly has its strengths, but there are also areas that could significantly improve. The staff were consistently polite and helpful, which is always a highlight and contributes positively to the overall atmosphere. The accommodation style is quite unique, with guest rooms located in standalone houses, each containing four separate apartments. This provides a sense of privacy that many guests will appreciate. However, the design of these houses presents some practical issues. The access areas to the rooms lack doors, which means they are prone to flooding during rain. This was a significant inconvenience during my stay and clearly needs to be addressed. Additionally, while the rooms themselves were comfortable, the pillows could definitely be improved for a more restful sleep. When it came to amenities and dining, I found the options to be quite limited. There were few choices for amenities, and the lunch options were particularly scarce. For a hotel of this caliber, a greater variety in both these areas would greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, the Vila Galé Sunset Cumbuco shows promise as a new hotel with a dedicated staff and an interesting room layout. However, addressing the design flaws in the room access and expanding the amenity and dining options would undoubtedly elevate it to a much higher standard.

O hotel é muito bonito e tem uma ótima decoração. As piscinas são boas e ele é pé na areia mesmo. Porém, hå alguns problemas como o box do banheiro encher quando toma banho, o que é nem anti higienico. O café da manhã estava com poucas opçÔes, bem longe de ser um café da manhã de Resort. Acho que precisa melhorar.

Hotel novo, atendimento muito bom, falamos que era aniversårio de casamento e ganhamos um vinho e também fizeram late check out e nosso quarto era vista para o mar e piscina. O que não gostei foi do atendimento do jantar, pedimos um entrada e demorou muito e no café da manhã faltou café mas logo fizeram outro, são pontos que precisam melhorar.

O restaurante do hotel nĂŁo dispunha de diversos itens, mesmo com o cardĂĄpio restrito. Na nossa segunda noite no hotel, pedimos um hambĂșrguer. Fomos informados que nĂŁo havia carne. Pedimos um macarrĂŁo Ă  bolonhesa e a resposta foi: ‘Sr. NĂŁo hĂĄ carne no restaurante.’ Diante disso, pedimos uma pizza. NĂłs foi informado que nĂŁo havia a massa. O hotel estava vazio. Fico imaginando como um hotel que se autodenomina luxuoso e paradisĂ­aco, nĂŁo dispĂ”e de itens bĂĄsicos de cozinha. EstĂĄvamos com um bebĂȘ. O berço oferecido pelo hotel devia ter algumas dĂ©cadas. Totalmente antiquado. A trava de segurança do berço era cortante e ficava para dentro. Ou seja, o bebe, alĂ©m de se cortar, poderia destravar o equipamento. Outro ponto sem sentido Ă© que hĂĄ 700 espreguiçadeiras no hotel, viradas para a praia, mas a praia estĂĄ totalmente bloqueada, pois hĂĄ um muro ecolĂłgico tampando a vista. Enfim. Fora isso, as instalaçÔes do hotel sĂŁo bem confortĂĄveis.

Hotel novo, estrutura maravilhosa, quarto amplo e confortåvel. Sentimos falta de alguem para mostrar os espaços do hotel, ex: fomos embora e não consegui descobrir onde ficava a academia. Algumas comidas e bebidas quando terminam não são repostas, ex: vinagrete de polvo no jantar, fiquei aguardando repor e nada, como também a champagne no café da manhã. Na programação infantil constava vårias atividades no domingo e não aconteceu nada do que estava escrito.

O hotel Ă© novo, com instalaçÔes confortĂĄveis e limpas. De frente para o mar e do lado da lagoa tem uma localização privilegiada! Tem uma ĂĄrea kids muito boa com playground excelente, com copa para quem Vai com bebĂȘ. Cafe da manhĂŁ bem servido, exceto o cafe que fica sendo servido por um funcionĂĄrio, nao entendi esta lĂłgica , muito mais pratico uma maquina ou colocarem garrafas de cafe/leite no buffet e tambĂ©m um dia que faltou pĂŁo francĂȘs / carioquinha no buffet do cafĂ©. Os restaurantes tem um menu um pouco limitado, com poucas opçÔes, o hotel fica um pouco afastado do centro do cumbuco para ir a restaurantes, mas do seu lado proximo da lagoa tem um restaurante miraclub, para quem quer outras opçÔes de comida. Principal ponto a melhorar Ă© a recreação, ja que se trata de um hotel com temĂĄtica infantil, as poucas atividades que tem, sao mal organizadas e mal executadas, nao chamam a atenção da criança.

Pontos positivos: equipe cordial e disposta a atender às demandas dos hóspedes. Café da manhã farto e gostoso, com bastante variedade de opçÔes. Quarto amplo. Área da piscina excelente pra relaxar. Academia båsica, mas com esteira, bike e elíptico. Pontos negativos: o banheiro poderia ser melhor adaptado pra não molhar tanto. Apesar da boa vontade da equipe, o check-in me pareceu um ponto a melhorar, pois para o porte do hotel não pega bem realizar check-in em um mesa que parecia improvisada, encostada em um canto do bar. Achei a diåria cara, ou seja, custo-benefício ruim.
