Hotel precisa de uma reforma

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo ao aterro da praia de Iracema, porém necessita de uma reforma nos quartos/banheiro e trocar o mobiliário. O quarto e banheiro são bem limpos, porém o mobiliário é velho. O café da manhã é bem simples e acredito que seja o mesmo cardápio diariamente. Hotel também precisa se informatizar, ficha de check in é em papel, chave do quarto não é magnética é literalmente uma fechadura manual, sem isolamento acústico. Se necessita de um lugar para passar a noite, bem localizado e com um bom preço é vale a penas, mas se for muitos dias não indico.
