Passei 2 noites e 1 dia nesse hotel e eu simplesmente fiquei encantada com o conforto que o hotel passa, cheguei de madrugada e já estava ciente que meu quarto seria no último andar e que seria apenas chave, mas nada que incomode, o hotel fica perto de Iracema, muito bem localizado e perto de vários restaurantes, os quartos não tem uma acústica muito boa, mas para nós que temos sono pesado não foi nada demais. Se eu pudesse daria nota 10/10, eu amei tudo, funcionários simpáticos e café da manhã delicioso

Banheiro é pequeno, mas perfeito para o uso necessário

O hotel atende as espectativa apresentadas, é bem localizado, dar para ir a pé até a feirinha da madrugada, Uber fica em conta até a feira de Meireles, não sendo recomendado o deslocamento a pé dado ao fato da segurança em toda região, o atendimento dos meninos da recepção é ótimo, o que deixa um pouco a desejar é o quesito limpeza, porém são prestativos quando solicitados.

Excelente custo benefício

O hotel atende bem no que se propõe, um bom custo, excelente atendimento, quartos confortáveis. A falta do box no banheiro não chegou a ser um grande problema na nossa estadia, mas sentimos falta de uma limpeza no quarto, entravam mas apenas recolhiam o lixo e arrumavam a cama o chão ficava sujo. Mesmo com esses pontos de melhoria me hospedaria novamente.

Hotel bem aconchegante, café da manhã completo e delicioso. Todos os funcionários são educados e prestativos. Agora gostaria de deixar um agradecimento especial ao recepcionista Maxuel, que quando chegamos molhados ofereceu guarda chuvas e toalhas pra nós secar. Recomendo a todos uma visita.

Acústica ruim

Ruim no geral, tinha um time de futebol gritando e batendo as portas no térreo. Os quartos não tem uma acústica boa, se tiver sono leve nem pense em ir que é dor de cabeça

Nós conformes, o atendimento da equipe/funcionários foi o melhor! O café ficou a desejar, opções muito limitadas, precisei trocar de quarto pois me colocaram no último andar.(escada) Mudei de quarto no dia seguinte mas a luz do corredor estava com problema e não foi visto durante o tempo em que estive lá. Tinha problemas na luz no 4 andar também
