You'll be asked to pay these charges at the property:

• Deposit: BRL 50 per accommodation, per day
• Cleaning deposit: BRL 150 per stay
• Cleaning fee: BRL 100 per accommodation, per stay (varies based on length of stay)
• Electricity fee: BRL 1.2 per kilowatt-hour, per night
• A consumption-based electricity fee is charged for use over 30 kWh.

For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, the parent must present—in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo—a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature.
