A localização do imóvel é excelente, pois é próxima a supermercados e farmácia 24h, em um bairro calmo e aparentemente seguro, com cozinha bem estruturada e equipada com utensílios e eletrodomésticos de qualidade. No que diz respeito a sala de estar e de jantar, não há o que reclamar, além de ser de muito bom gosto. Já o quarto, ainda que dispondo apenas de camas de solteiro, era confortável e aconchegante. Observação: deixo a dica de um mimo para seus próximos hóspedes, o apartamento poderia ter entre seus artigos de utilidade, uma sombrinha que seria muito útil para as horas de muito sol ou muita chuva.
