achei pessima, pois o ar no funcionava direito a limpeza do quarto ruim pois achei uma latinha de energético escondida sobre armário, banheiro o box não fecha direito e o café da com pão dormido, porém atendimento da recepção foi excelente

Que horror!!!! Somente o atendimento dos func é OK

Gente, a cama não presta... Colchão imundo e todo danificado que vc não consegue ficar numa posição horizontal e no mínimo confortável! Roupas de cama velhas, furadas e lençol ao menor movimento, sai da cama... Toalha de banho velha e não serve nem para pano de chão... Paredes do quarto sujas, muito sujas, banho com azulejos e estrutura precarizada, ducha suja... O quarto cheira naftalina (juro)... O ar condicionado é barulhento pq as máquinas são nas janelas e de vidro, portanto imagina o barulho... Daí como se não bastasse tudo isso, no segundo dia eu chego a noite e encontro duas baratas, uma no banheiro e outra no quarto e gentilmente o recepcionista veio "matar" pra mim... Daquele lugar, só os funcionários é que são educados e prestativos!

Ótimo custo benefício

O quarto era limpo e novo, com uma geladeira grande e camas confortáveis. Hotel simples e com funcionários muito cordiais. O café da manhã também é simples, com o básico. Pelo preço da diária o local atendeu todas as expectativas. Não tivemos nenhum problema durante a estadia. A noite, por se tratar de um hotel próximo ao centro, as ruas ficam mais desertas, e por isso utilizamos app de táxis para o deslocamento até a Beira mar (em torno de R$7). Foi uma boa estadia!

O custo-benefício é excelente; o hotel tem uma estrutura boa; o quarto que fiquei com minhas esposa supriu as minhas necessidades; o café da manhã é satisfatório; o local onde fica localizado o hotel é uma boa área, com tudo próximo (via Ifood); enfim, recomendo-o.

EXCELENTE HOSPEDAGEM

A estadia no center hotel foi maravilhosa, pessoal do hotel bastante atencioso com os hóspedes, tanto em relação a prestação do serviço de estadia quanto em relação a informações dos lugares onde ir em Fortaleza.Sem falar na excelente localização, acesso fácil a qualquer canto da cidade. Vale a pena. Já me hospedei no center 1 pela segunda vez, com certeza retornarei.

Pesadelo acordado!

Cheguei no hotel de madrugada super cansado e me deram um quarto que estava um forno, sem janela, somente com uma abertura minúscula de vidro fechado no próximo ao teto, não tinha cortina blackout, já que para começar não tinha nem janela o quarto e muito menos a sacada como estava descrito no site! Precisava de janela para abrir e ventilar um pouco o calor sufocante, já que o ar condicionado...não funciona! Pedi para trocar de quarto mas a atendente de má vontade falou que não tinha nenhum quarto para troca. Pensei em me mudar de hotel mas como era de madrugada não consegui. Tive que passar a noite num quarto com calor sufocante, sem janela e sem ar condicionado, conclusão, tive um ataque de claustrofobia e não consegui descansar e muito menos dormir... foi a pior experiência que tive com hospedagem nos últimos anos!

A moca da recepçao não conseguiu encontrar nossa reserva, disse que jamais tinha ouvido falar no site de reservas da Hoteis.com. Tive que pagar uma nova reserva para não ter que dormir com minha família na rua. sem falar nos quartos mal planejados, com portas de um quarto para o outro, banheiros com péssimas instalações!!! muito velho!

Experiência horrivel. Chegámos ás 01.30 da manhã e após tocarmos á campainha, veio uma funcionária que nos informa que já tinha alugado o quarto a outros, pois não avisámos que iriamos chegar tarde (???). Deu-nos então 1 quarto sem eletricidade (informou-nos que vinha luar da rua (???). Tivemos de tomar banho ás escuras, dormir sem ar condicionado e encontrar a cama com alguma dificuldade, Informou-nos que era um problema da rua, mas só afetava o nosso quarto (???). Zona onde o hotel fica parece uma favela e nenhum táxi o conhece (parece que mudou de nome). Fujam.
