The apartment is located on the 20th floor of a building considered one of the most beautiful on the edge of Fortaleza, the Landscape Building. Situated where the Banco do Brasil Athletic Association (AABB) once functioned, the building is made up of three towers (Gold, Platinum and Diamond) of 22 floors each, set around a beautiful garden with adult and children's pools, tents, sofas, playground.
Although the Diamond Tower, where the apartment is located, does not face Beira Mar Avenue, the apartment has a beautiful view of the sea and the beach, as its balcony is right in front of the large 7th to 12th large window. Gold tower floor.
It has a ballroom, gourmet lounge, gym, sauna, squash court, hot tubs, outdoor pools and indoor pool, all of very good quality.
Meireles, where the apartment is located, is the highest HDI district of Fortaleza, which is easily seen by the beautiful architecture of the buildings and the available infrastructure. It is the neighborhood where Beira Mar Avenue is located, the main tourist reference of the city.
The animation is constant, worth mentioning the humor shows, good restaurants, bars and beach huts.
Visit the handicrafts, confections and typical products fair, which is just over 100 meters from the building, or simply order a drink or food from one of the numerous beach huts.
