This property is a good value, considering its proximity to the beach, the coastal tourist strip in Fortaleza, and the shopping and restaurant options nearby. The property is simple, but clean and well organized. Offers a nice local breakfast as part of their daily rate, which makes it an even better deal yet. No parking, so you have to leave your car (if you drive one) curb-side on the nearby streets.

Não fiquem no quarto 101. Horrível. Fica com a janela pra porta do hotel, ninguém consegue dormir com barulho de campainha, do portão abrindo e gente falando embaixo da janela a todo momento. Após uma noite horrível, me trocaram de quarto, mas o quarto, apesar de mais silencioso que o outro, tinha baratas, o banheiro fedia, e o ar condicionado estava imundo, causando uma crise de alergia no meu filho. O café é bem fraco e acaba cedo. A única coisa boa foi a cama, que dava pra dormir, e a localização que é ótima.

Inicialmente o quarto estava com o ar condicionado danificado. O atendente foi solicito e nos mudou para um quarto em que estava funcionando. O ponto negativo do outro quarto foi que o banheiro não tinha circulação de ar adequada e estava com infiltração. Outro detalhes foram hóspedes barulhentos (o que não é culpa do hotel). No geral, foi um bom custo benefício.

Pontos a melhorar!

Enfrentamos algumas dificuldades na nossa estadia. Nos questionaram antes da chegada acerca da preferência de acomodação e informamos que seria uma cama de casal e ao chegarmos eram duas de solteiro juntas porém uma delas quebrada e bem desconfortável, os travesseiros também ficam longe de serem confortáveis. O quarto tem o tamanho suficiente se você só vai realmente para dormir, ar condicionado funcionou bem. Banheiro com água quente e fria funcionantes porém torneira com vazamento, tendo que ficar atentos para evitar o gasto de água desnecessário. O atendimento não ultrapassou o trivial, nada de muita gentileza. O café da manhã bem simples, sem muitas opções porém para quem come o básico regional, estava ok. A localização é boa porém não tem estacionamento, não é tão fácil achar vaga na rua. Dessa forma, não recomendo 100%.

Camas desconfortáveis

O hotel é bem simples, simples mesmo, e claro que pelo valor é até condizente. Porém acredito que no mínimo as camas poderiam ter uma qualidade maior, pois lá no hotel fui informado que não existem camas de casal, apenas camas de solteiro que são juntadas. Devido a isso a cama se torna extremamente desconfortável, pois fica desnivelada e os colchões são de baixa qualidade, isso faz com que vc fique rolando na cama durante a noite. Ao chegar fiquei em um quarto com esse problema, pedi para mudar e a moça me mudou de quarto, o novo quarto tinha uma estrutura melhor porém a cama tinha o mesmo problema. Acho que o principal de um hotel é a cama para descansar e por esse quesito eu não recomendo esse hotel.

Hotel bem localizado, quase à beira mar. Orla bem movimentada durante à noite, com muitas pessoas praticando esporte. O quarto de bom tamanho, com colchões confortáveis, ar-condicionado muito bom. O hotel é razoável nada excepcional... pontos fortes café da manhã e cama confortável, o ar condicionado funciona bem. Pontos fracos... o banheiro da suíte que fiquei a agua do box vazava muito para o lado de fora e empossava muito no box, faltava coisas simples como um armário e o suporte de sabonete... se não procura luxo o hotel atende a necessidade próximo da praia de Iracema, bom para pegar transportes nos app...
