Comfy little place perfect for 2. Host was amazing! Timely responses to questions. He even helped get someone to recover an earring that accidentally went down bathroom sink drain! Definitely recommend!

Perfect place!

Location was perfect for exploring the Magnolia area, walking distance to great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. Apartment was spacious, clean and just as pictured in listing. Will definitely book again!

First Vacation

This was our first vacation as a married couple (besides honeymoon) and it made a pretty good impression! Host was super quick to respond to any questions we had. AMAZING price for such a clean and cozy room. Loved the coffee maker and being able to wash my own clothes.I second the other reviews, it really is a central location, but it's also right on the borderline of the rougher side of downtown Fort Worth and the nice side. We were asked for money quite a few times by the homeless around Magnolia Avenue. I'm NOT saying this is a bad thing. They were respectful. Just giving our experience. It might be different depending on the time of the year. We visited in early May.I loved the coded gate and entrance door. They made us feel very safe and secluded. I've seen a few people say they struggled sleeping with how bright the room was, but we didn't really have trouble with this. The bed was the COMFIEST and the sheets were so soft! Contemplated asking what sheet they use, so I can buy some for home. Overall, we give this place 5 stars and would stay again if we wanted to visit Magnolia Avenue again. Literally a 5 minute walk to a delightful cafe, Paris Coffee Shop. Definitely go a bit further if able and stop by Melt ice cream shop. Creamiest ice cream!- Connor & Autumn

Loved this place

Stayed here while doing an event at Will Rogers center. Close to everything. Absolutely loved the place. Very clean. Had everything I needed. Secure which was wonderful since I was traveling alone. Best place I’ve stayed so far in this area and I’ve stayed in quite a few!

We had a great time

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, exactly as listed. The free parking is such a perk, and it was very quiet other than the occasional siren. We had no problem walking to both downtown and Magnolia Ave The only thing I think I would change is the shower head. The water pressure as is is not very strong, so I would have appreciated a shower head with changing settings. Not annoying enough to change the rating, perhaps just a suggestion The insurance policy was a tad frustrating during booking We would consider staying here again
