This loft is your quiet claim on a one bedroom with kitchen and washer/dryer on the second floor. It’s perched above a doctor’s office in a building with simple grace. Six suites total—the two downstairs are for business, but the four upstairs are for living—and you’ve got one of them. A short stroll lands you on Magnolia Street, where some of Fort Worth’s best tables wait for you.

The other three units are up for grabs as well. Book them with friends, family, and colleagues—people who travel together but don’t crowd each other. The space is about the quiet vibe. A siren might hum through the Medical District now and then, but you’re in the city, right?

The studio was centrally located for the events that brought me to town. Dining and entertainment were nearby and walkable. I stayed alone and felt safe doing so. The unit had all of the conveniences you could consider and a lovely balcony that I wished I'd have had time to enjoy. This is an annual trip for me and I will be reserving my spot once I know the dates!

Our apartment was the best one we’ve stayed in yet. We found everything we needed. It was super clean. Location was great for walking to restaurants.
