Was very pleased with the room. Some renovations have been made since I stayed in January of this same year. Always greeted with a smile when arriving and find everything to be satisfactory without breaking my budget
The front desk is friendly and the pool was clean and looked inviting on a scorching hot summer day. The room provided the basic requirements: cold A/C, comfortable bed, flat screen TV, clean bathroom, and a small refrigerator (bonus!). However, the sleeper sofa cushions were stained with what looked like someone's bodily fluids, and turning them over was worse so we avoided sitting on the couch. The laminated wood floor was sticky so we kept our shoes on, and the room smelled of industrial cleaning solution. We found some pretty good Thai food close by to bring back to the room (Thai Rice and Noodle on Camp Bowie W Blvd) hoping it would replace the cleaning solution smell. All that said, we slept well that night and were well rested for our journey home. Oh, and we got a kick out of seeing the Pillsbury Dough Boy on the roof of the nearby KIA dealership posing as Elvis.
Very clean and spacious. Nice shower and comfortable bed. Bright lighting with desk area. Nice hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, waffles, muffins, cereal, juice and coffee. Plenty of parking and convenient to I30.
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The manager called me that afternoon to make sure that I was still coming. I told him yes, but it would be late. The room was very clean and the bed felt wonderful after all the road construction in Oklahoma and Texas. The breakfast in the morning was great. The person at the front desk was very nice and polite. We will definitely return to the hotel the next time we are in Fort Worth.
This hotel was not the best at all. The place needed help with cleaning the rooms. They even had bugs. I was shocked to see that. The breakfast was not even breakfast. I'll never go back there. It was the worst hotel visit I've ever had.
New property. Friendly staff. All lights are in the ceiling, lamps on night stands would be nice. Easy on/off freeway. Gas, grocery, and food just on the other side under the freeway. Air conditioning works well and there was little noise from the freeway.
Would stay again if closer to my objective. 20-30 year old place but clean and staff is nice. Your sleeping and taking a shower what else you need? Seems I must elaborate and use big words to make 200
My husband and I stayed over the weekend and it was great. The room very nice and clean, even smelled clean. The bathroom was clean with fresh towels. We checked in during the evening and the desk staff was very nice and got is our room key quick. It's great for couples and families. We will be booking with this hotel and its chain more often. Love it!
We were here to see our grandbabies and lost one. The rooms were clean and so was the bathroom. Poor water pressure for showers. We had 2 service dogs that were accomidate with a little bit of issue. They charge a deposit and they are not suppose to for service dogs. He says we will get it back when we leave. Too cold to swim and breakfast was ok. Staff seemed nice and alway there when I called not like other hotel. We moved here after poor treatment from another hotel. It is a good hotel for the price and I would reccomend it.
Initially we got the normal room for very inexpensive. Had we paid that and stayed in a $55, $67 after all fees, the room would have been worth it, but we requested to be upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi and the price jumped to $100 so we expected a $100 value. That's not quite what we got. As I walked in, the initial over view was clean and it smelled good. As we payed more attention, the skirt sheets were dirty. They had white stuff all over it. The carpet had white spots throughout and the bathroom had stained dirt spots. The good thing, the front office was super nice. They immediately apologized about the sheets and changed them with no issues. I felt so bad I never told them about the stained carpet or their dirty bathroom. We also found small black bug that was in the jacuzzi when we turned on the water. But there was only one. Check out is at 11:00 so it's really early compared to most places, but that's ok. Breakfast ends at 09:00 which to me was way too early. It's a hotel and I'm here on vacation to rest, not be up early in the morning, but again we knew this ahead of time so it was our choice. I can't talk about how breakfast was because we didn't get there on time. All in all, I recommend it if you get the regular room. No need to upgrade to the jacuzzi.
