Was surprised at how nice the hotel was! Great staff and a really good breakfast. I’ll defiinitely stay here again

Had room with phone not working, tv messing up. Prostitutes working in room next door, people next door loud, banging on wall, I complained and asked to be moved to another room. Mgr. denied any problems, never got moved. Threatened to charge me for extra towels because one was stained.

Hotel staff is super friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The overall hotel is nice for the price and location I hate that you get charged 10.00 for booking online also no coffee pot,lights are very dim the mattress was rather hard and you should provide more toiletries including extra towels and toilet paper. Also the checkin time needs to be changed If I pay my money I don't want to wait until 2 pm to check in.

Room was not that great, appeared newly remodeled, but you could tell they skimped on some things and cut corners. The front desk staff was great! Very friendly and even printed out directions for us to places we wanted to visit.

We chose this motel because it was convenient to the sights we wanted to see...Sundance Square, the museum district, small (and excellent) restaurants in the hospital district. The staff was so friendly and helpful except on the day the manager was onsite. We were told that we would have to change rooms two days into our stay, which was all right. The new room was smaller with no couch but did have a jacuzzi. However, the manager told the desk clerk to tell us that we couldn't use the jacuzzi without incurring the room's regular rate. It wasn't that we were going to spend that much time in the room anyway, but I thought that was bending the rules of our agreement. That morning we got our breakfast and were going back to the room (as we had the previous two mornings) when we were told that we couldn't take the food back to our room. I thought that, too, was rather strange, as we had a microwave and a refrigerator in our room. There was no sign anywhere that we couldn't take our breakfast out. Never in all our travels have we been treated like that.

Very good experience at this hotel! Would stay here again, and would highly recommend to friends and family as a nice, clean hotel, at a great value. Room was exceptionally clean, cozy, and comfortable. Bed was nice and comfortable as well. More than impressed with this hotel!

I was on Spring Break with my boyfriend visiting family in Ft. Worth. We have two small (very friendly) dogs and needed a pet friendly hotel. I called the hotel and asked if they allowed pets and they said yes. When I checked in I told them again that I had two dogs and was charged an additional, large fee. We were not happy. Because I had booked the hotel on this site the staff gave us their nicest room and asked me to give them a good review. Then, the next day we went to the zoo and just as we arrived I received a phone call from the "man at the front desk." I answered the phone and he began yelling and asking me where I was. He said that the dogs would not stop barking and if I did not come and get them he would call animal control. (Note: We had visited Ft. Worth this past Christmas with the pets at a more comfortable hotel and had no issues with them.) With the entire family in the car we had to leave the zoo and go back to the hotel. Luckily, my boyfriend calmed the "man at the front desk" down. We were moved to a different (old, run down) room. When we arrived from the zoo the dogs were not barking. Which upset me even more. When we left the dogs for the remaining days I was so worried, that I had a difficult time enjoying my spring break. I did not want them to call animal control. And I was constantly looking at my phone for another confrontational call. On top of that we received many phone calls in our room asking for a certain female. Then at about 2am a man who looked like this; large and intimidating, gold grill, his pants on the ground and had lots of bling. This made me feel on edge and scared. I continued to check the locks on the door throughout the stay. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything, the television had bad reception on certain channels, the beds were uncomfortable, and most of the guests that I saw were questionable. We will not be staying there again. Even if its for free. On a positive note they do have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The rooms are clean and they have a cool shower curtain rod!
