They didn't clean up the room after my first night - no changing of sheets, no fresh towels, etc. The chair for the desk was broken and about one foot off the ground so it was unusable. I asked for a wakeup call (spoke to a man) but did not get the wake up call. I told the manager that someone was in the parking lot sleeping in their car and he said 'so what's the problem'...this didn't make me feel safe. Otherwise the room was fine. Check in and check out was via a zoom-like kiosk. I never saw a person at the front desk. Good card keys. The drapes covered the heater/cooler unit so I had to tie them up so the room would be kept at the right temp. TV remote was too complex to use, no directions. WiFi didn't really work...I could connect to it, but when I tried to use it, it kept dropping my connections. Good hot water. Shower head had a narrow stream...it looked rusted up, it was not adjustable. Bed was comfy. Good lighting at sink. I stayed two nights and took everything with me whenever I left the room.
A very clean room, especially for a pet-friendly hotel, which our pitbull puppy loved. Friendly staff! We loved that 2 of the cleaning ladies and the guy at the front desk all met our Chole and loved her. The room was very cleaned and smelled clean without having a chemical smell. Parking was easy with an F350 and long trailer.
