Great location, less crowds, great view, nice condo, clean and well maintained. Lots of linens, kitchen had everything we needed. James was very responsive and great to work with. Perfect weather week with absolutely perfect crystal blue water. Saw dolphins almost every day!

This is a beautiful unit. Location and view is amazing. They have some thoughtful touches like toiletries and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. They also included some nice extras for kids that might keep you from having to run to the surf shop. They were also super responsive which I love. No regrets

We loved the condo being on 6th floor. The view was amazing. We saw dolphins from our patio every day. The condo was very nice. The host, J&M Coastal Rentals were very helpful. They want to make sure your stay is wonderful. We all had a great time!!

Amazing balcony, beautiful beach access

Our family loved this place! Being right on the beach is our favorite thing, and with free beach chair/umbrella setup from 7:30am-5 every day it’s a great value. And at night the balcony was the perfect place to unwind. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were beautifully updated. We were very glad to have a fitness center and tennis court on site as well. We always love the peaceful atmosphere of Okaloosa Island and Island Echos in the most undated property we’ve stayed at. We’ll be back!
