The condo was a great stay! The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, we cooked a few times and everything we needed! We were hoping for a grill but there weren't any at our unit but that was ok! Over all great stay!! Will keep this place in mind for years to come if we come back for softball! Super close walk to the beach! The view wasn't the best but not a deal breaker!

Booked this condo for a stay to attend a beach wedding. We needed a place that was pet friendly because we were bringing our Yorkie. We were very pleased with our decision to do so. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were very comfortable. Conveniently located across from the highway from the resort where the wedding was being held and the beach. Would definitely book this condo again.

Tarpon Fishing Trip

Our stay was fantastic. The condo was exactly as described. It was close to everything! Would definitely book again if it is available for July of next year. Our party of six was able to stay comfortably. Very mich enjoyed our trip.

The sheets on the bed in the master bedroom were amazing !!!! The beach was a close walk, you could walk to several restaurants near by. A short drive to many locations around the area. The condo was amazing on the inside too!

Perfect for our family!

My husband, 12 year old daughter and I stayed for 10 days for our daughter’s National softball tournament. The location was close enough to Destin to visit all our favorite restaurants and activities, but far enough out to not be as busy. The condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, at the beach, and even cleaning and laundry supplies. We loved the location right across from the beach, and all the beds were comfortable. We had a great time, and it was the perfect place to call home for 10 days! We’d definitely recommend for anyone looking!

Family reunion Fort Walton

The condo was super cute, and cozy. My only complaint is the door code access isn't simple at first. It takes two people lol. The guest shower handle is backwards so I unknowingly took cold showers. My bad for not checking the other side of the handle. But Ken was GREAT and helped us navigate any issues we had. The condo is centrally located with plenty of beach toys and chairs and the rolling beach cart is fantastic! The king bed was firm and comfortable. Everything we needed was available for a relaxing vacation. Highly recommend!

Cohea family vacation

We loved the location and the condo was absolutely lovely. This place has everything you would need while on vacation. If there is something you forgot to bring they probably have it available for you to use while on your stay. The air in the condo works great. We used the grill while there and it was nice. The beds are all very comfortable and we had plenty of room for everyone. There are a couple things that need to be fixed, the bathroom medicine cabinets and the kitchen sink leaks water under the cabinet but they are sending someone from maintenance to fix the issues. The neighbors upstairs were constantly stomping and banging around sounded like they were tearing the place down but that is not something that the condo owners can help. Overall our trip was amazing and we will definitely be booking another stay at this place.

Run Don’t Stay

Upon entering we were hit with a smell. They had a leak in the back sliding door. Mold was growing. My friend has asthma so I was going to turn on the ceiling fans. No ceiling fans at all. Second day dishwasher flooded kitchen. Had to use all our towels to clean up. The yard was trashed. Holes in fences cigarette butts all over. Gross place

Fantastic

The walk to the beach was short and all on flat terrain (5 minutes easy, 7 minutes with beach stuff), which was great for taking a beach cart (which they have a great one with amazing chairs!). Love that the unit is ground level as well, just made getting in and out way more efficient. Furniture is great inside the house, everything you need or want inside a great condo is there for short or long term stay. This host went over and above taking care of this place. When I thought there was a problem with one of the chairs(which their wasn't), she not only reached out, but actually went and got more chairs and brought them to the place, along with some amazing dog snacks for our pup. You will love it here and not regret choosing this place. We can't wait to come back here soon!
