The place was smaller than appeared in pictures, they were correct, furniture was old and needed to be replaced, needs TVs in bedroom and one to two chairs in living area, especially if there are four people in the unit. Add said only 600 feet to beach one would not know you could not see the beach, no pool, you would not know you were at the beach. We left a day early would not stay here again.

Fine for the price

Good location and decent accommodations. Would not recommend booking with Vacasa property management though. The smoke detector started beeping a couple days into our trip..at 4am. We messaged Vacasa and they said they would send someone to fix it and to take the battery out (that did NOT work). After waiting 12 hours, nobody came and we removed the smoke detector from the wall. We messaged again and were told the issue had already been escalated to local staff and nothing further could be done. The sink drains in the bathrooms are slow so be mindful of that if multiple people will be sharing rooms (we also let Vacasa know that). Overall, for the price, it’s fine but don’t expect stellar service from Vacasa.

Place was okay. It was dirty and had left over trash from the previous tenants and was a hassle to get more trash bag. Bring your own paper towels if the stay is longer than 2 days and there is not complimentary coffee so bring your own everything. They do provide cleaning materials such as body wash shampoo laundry and dishwasher soap… that is it. Best part is the location to the Beach and restaurants.
