Newly remodeled, luxury, sparkling clean fifth floor condo unit with beautiful views of the Gulf and bay from an oversized, covered corner balcony patio. Everything throughout the unit is newly updated. Quartz countertops, shaker cabinets, glass tile kitchen backsplash, glitzy walk-in tile shower. Large tv's with cable tv installed in both the living room area and bedroom area. Convection microwave, dishwasher, and fridge with ice & water dispenser provide a functional kitchen space. When not in the unit, enjoy both the Destin West resort's Gulf side's and bay side's many amenities which include several pools, a 700 ft lazy river, hot tubs, fitness room, and direct beach access. Convenient access to the unit from the adjacent parking garage.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.
