The covered patio features a dining area with a pass-through window directly to the kitchen—perfect for easy entertaining! Fire up the grill and pass drinks and food right through. Dine outdoors rain or shine with string lights creating magical evening ambiance. The entire backyard is fenced for privacy and security—perfect for families with children or groups who want their own space.

Our home offers 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably: Plus a 4th FLEX space with desk, printer, two chairs that pull out to comfy single person beds, adding space for two more to sleep, note these are best suited for small adults or children under 6 ft tall. Flex office space includes printer available on request.

Master Suite: Queen bed with private attached bathroom featuring double vanity and a stunning walk-in glass enclosed shower. A spacious walk-in closet is also included — perfect for longer stays or PCS moves where unpacking makes all the difference.

BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION NOTICE

Due to ongoing Okaloosa Island bridge work, travel time to beaches, sports complex, and convention center can increase to 45-60 minutes during peak hours from 7-9 AM and 4-6 PM. We recommend leaving 60-90 minutes before events. Most guests tell us the quiet location is worth it for the peace, privacy, private pool, and amazing amenities!

Air conditioning and heating provided. Florida is humid, if you are not used to humidity you will feel hot and be tempted to drop the temp by more than a few degrees. Note that dropping the temp too quickly can cause the unit to freeze up and put you out of air conditioning. Leaving doors and windows open while a/c unit is running can also cause this. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and the living room area. Extra floor fan provided on request.
