Welcome to Waterscape A424! We are an established owner managed rental property!
Waterscape resort is one of the most popular destinations on the Emerald Coast. The location and amenities offered cannot be matched. You have plenty of space in our home to relax and enjoy your vacation, but you are only steps from the gulf.
The space
This spacious 1-bedroom condo also has a bunk alcove perfect for kids! The new flooring and freshly painted walls provide a peaceful place to rest after a day at the beach or exploring one of Waterscape's multiple pools. The bedroom features an en-suite bathroom which makes this condo perfect for family stays. A fully equipped kitchen and full shared bathroom complete our unit.
Guest access
As our guest, you will have access to all the exclusive amenities Waterscape has to offer! Spend your day enjoying the 10,000 sq.ft. multi-level waterpark. Relax and enjoy your day lounging in the ample lounge chairs while having a snack or drink from onsite Fudpuckers snack bar (March 1 to October 31).

The main pool features zero entry, water features, 10 ft. waterfall, walkthrough cave, and kids rope course. The lazy river has provided floats, no need to bring your own! The upper deck pool is a great place to relax and enjoy the gulf view, and is seasonally heated. The fenced-in toddler splash park provides endless entertainment for our younger guests.

If that isn't enough, you are only steps from the beautiful emerald coast beaches.

Perfect Family Getaway – We’ll Definitely Be Back!We stayed here at the end of September, and it was absolutely perfect for our little family! The weather was amazing — warm but not too hot — and both the ocean and pools were refreshing without being cold.Our kids (almost 3 and 6) loved the bunk beds and the Pac-Man arcade machine! They spent hours playing while we got ready for the beach or cooked dinner — total lifesaver. The shower was big enough for both kids to wash off after the beach and pool, and we used the kid-friendly plates and cups every single meal.The view from the balcony was beautiful — palm trees, the pool, and a peek at the ocean. It’s the kind of view that instantly reminds you you’re on vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed and even a few basics like salt, pepper, and oil, which was such a nice surprise.One of our favorite parts was how family-ready everything was. The included beach wagon made it so easy to haul all the sand toys, floats, and goggles down to the beach (which were all provided too!). My daughter loved the little net that came with the beach gear — she spent all day trying to catch fish and crabs, and it made the beach extra fun for her.The owner was super responsive and answered all my questions right away. You can tell they really understand what traveling with kids is like — every little detail made our stay easier and more relaxing.Between the location, the space, and all the thoughtful touches for famil

Waterscape was great

We enjoyed our stay at Waterscape. The distance to the beach was great as were the pools, besides being chilly. The condo came with a beach cart and toys which were great plus 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach each day. The hosts were responsive. Our only issues were that there were no locks on the interior doors, including bathrooms, which didn’t allow for any privacy. When we made the hosts aware, they offered to have them fixed. The mattresses are also due for a replacement as they were really uncomfortable. Besides that, we had a great trip and will be back.

The Best Family Friendly Stay

Our stay at this beachfront condo was exceptional. Traveling with a 2-year-old and a 5-year-old can be challenging, but the thoughtful extras made it so much easier as a mom. From a pack-and-play and booster seat to kid-friendly dishes, sand toys, and a beach wagon, everything was designed with families in mind.The travel coffee cups were a bonus—I could actually enjoy a hot coffee while my kids played on the beach. The beach wagon was a lifesaver for hauling toys, towels, and endless snacks, cutting down the number of trips we had to make.The location is perfect, with easy access to the parking garage, pools, and beach. There are also plenty of non-beach activities nearby. My kids loved the mini golf course right across the street.The condo itself was spotless, freshly updated, and felt like home. The host was fantastic—quick to respond and helpful with local recommendations. We can't wait to come back for another relaxing family getaway!

We had an incredible stay! This unit is a perfect choice for families, as it’s stocked with everything you could possibly need—pack and play, booster seat, sand toys, a beach wagon, and even kid-friendly plates. The bunk bed TVs were a huge hit with the kids, keeping them entertained in the evenings.The mini arcade was a lifesaver on the days when the weather didn’t cooperate. It gave us something fun to do indoors, and everyone loved it!The location is super convenient—just steps from the parking garage and elevators that take you to all the pools and the beach. We appreciated how easy it was to get around and how close everything was.The unit itself feels freshly updated, and everything was extremely clean, which we really appreciated. The host was fantastic—always quick to respond and shared great local recommendations.While we visited during cooler weather, we still had a blast. We’d love to come back in warmer months to enjoy even more of what this place has to offer. Highly recommend!
