So Gross - First Time Being Ready to Leave the Beach

It appears this place has gone downhill drastically since being renovated relatively recently. The sofa was stained all over and in bad shape. It sinks down in the middle. The master bed is also in terrible conditions and sinks down in the middle. Our sheet and bed cover were stained and dirty. It took Vacasa until day 3 to replace the sheets. There are NO blinds in the living room - no privacy. The beds in the 2nd bedroom smell like urine. There were only three glasses (random rocks glasses) in the kitchen. The dishes were DIRTY (caked with food) in the cabinets. I would never use this place again nor would I use Vacasa. They were rude and tried to gaslight us when we asked for help getting clean sheets. It was only when I showed them photos and let them know I was documenting that they sent clean sheets on DAY THREE. Gross, disgusting, rude. There were more issues but I don't even want to spend any more time on this. Avoid this unit and avoid Vacasa.
