No complaints with customer service was good. Room was dingy, was not fresh smelling, parking lot was dark & deem, reminds me of an older less modern hotel, for the price of the room as a paid guest a $10.00 parking for one night stay, not sure when was the last time I paid for additional parking for a paid guest stay at a hotel. I will not stay here again for certain. The Wyndham in Orlando was much better.

I started with 1st floor cheap room. Switched immediately to a 7th floor beach view suite for extra daily charge which was worth it. Lower level, non suite, rooms probably ok for spring breaker. I would not buy anything less that the suite.

If you stay here I think you will be disappointed and will wish you chose somewhere else. The hotel def wasnt well cared for. We went in winter and there were only a few other guests. So there was plenty of opportunity to fix things that may have been neglected in busier seasons. But nothing was being done. Our room had a door to a balcony. The door latch was so rusted and the door warped from humidity that you couldnt close it all the way and it wasn't lockable. We had to shove a chair against it to make noise in case someone tried to break in. Our sink was stopped up and wouldnt drain. There were lots of cosmetic things in the room and in common areas that could have been easily cleaned/fixed. Our last morning was the worst-we saw German cockroaches in our room. Then upon checkout we were charged an additional $20 parking fee that was not disclosed anywhere on their website, expedia, or mentioned upon check in. I tried to protest, but I was only argued at and sent on my way. I never post negative reviews but really feel like I should warn other travelers.

Hotel was all right. Pretty old and desperately needs a makeover. Unfortunately, we had a first floor room by the exit door so while I was trying to sleep in the morning I was woken up by the sounds of suitcases rolling down the hallway of people leaving. 2 hours before our checkout time, housekeeping was banging on my door. The room was hot and the mattress was way too soft.

Had an upgraded room on 2nd floor. Had all the amenities your typical hotel should have: pool, heated pool, hot tub, gym, elevator, BONUS arcade. The room was actually nice. It had a tiny kitchenette to our surprise! Shower was lovely. HOT water. Manatee's bar is right there by the pool. That was cool. BUT, what wasn't cool was the fact that we had to kill lots of roaches. We had to get the microwave replaced. It didn't work. Tried calling the front desk to let them know and the phone didn't work. So we went down to the lobby to request another microwave. Discovered the bathroom sink was leaking underneath. Had a puddle of water from that all around the toilet. We also had to figure out how to plug in the lamps and nightstands (which are the USB plug in kind so that's a nice convenience) and finally, on checkout day, the head of housekeeping KNOCKED on our door to ask what time we were checking out. Ummmm the standard time .... 11am. We were barely awake, found it a little untraditional to knock on doors and ask guests questions at 0930 but hey, whatever. Started loading the car and discovered the door key cards quit working at 1030. I mean, it was a decent stay for the money, but after seeing all the roaches, I will never ever stay here again. Skip this place. Choose your Plan B hotel and pass on Wyndham Gardens.

Thanksgiving 2025. We have stayed at this property a few times in the past with good experience. However, this stay was not a good experience. We had no hot water and some sort of small bug infestation. The most disappointing was the lack of concern from the front desk. No apologies for inconvenience or anything from property management. Probably won’t stay here again.

Loved the location of our room, of the hotel! Clean, quiet! Wish we could have stayed longer but we’re just passing through. Will definitely return!

Before I post anything I just want to give a big thank you to the day manager she was amazing on trying to get us comfortable and taking care of throughout our stay. We had a wild week over things breaking in the penthouse water being turned off during my son's shower. Too the light going out when using the microwave to. Get a video of roaches clawing around in our bath, kitchen area on the kids beds. Being over charged by thousands and then others charges they couldn't show me why. I hate to like it because it was my third year and I love the area. But we probably will try somewhere else next season. The spot is perfect for my fam bam. But after talk with the whole family it's best for us. God bless them and hope my bank gets it worked out.
