Reservation made through Expedia. Staff had a hard time finding our reservation. When asked about the silver status (free beverages), it appeared they did not know about the program. They were able to accommodate and informed me to charge beverages to my room and they would figure it out at check out. Only one pool was open (adult only), but staff was able to accommodate, since our family had small children excited about the pool. After settling in our room, and I attempted to use the t.v., I was disappointed that it did not work. The hotel sent a technician to our room. The technician reset the television, but upon testing it realized that the channels were still not loading appropriately. After a couple of attempts, the channels finally loaded and worked. So far, the property is gorgeous, but the experience is not what I would have expected for this hotel.
