HOTEL.COM Took me for a Joke

The reason for the one star is not because of residence inn. It’s because of Hotel.com. I was told by hotel.com that I would get a water view and a balcony on my anniversary on June 16. At 7:43 am. Which I was only able afford one night.. I was played around with from the beginning from the representative to the claim department. They sent emails and asking me to reply back knowing that I couldn’t reply. I was constantly getting undelivered emails back. It was being honest for me especially when it comes to reservations. Don’t lie to me and tell me something and then when I try to solve the problem by reaching to a higher department, I still get lied to and put in a circle with no problem solving… As a business you stand up for your mistakes and take a fall no matter what to keep people coming. Don’t think cause me just being one person what stop anything. Slowly people will not make reservations. I was waiting to make my review to see what will hotel.com do - If they would’ve solve my problem the honest and business way. I would’ve left a great review if they would’ve did there job correctly- But thanks residence Inn for the wonderful stay it was just hotel.com that didn’t delivered…

It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the breakfast choices were delicious. Pool was clean and convenient. The hair drier in the room did not work, pricings are a bit high in general and for snacks/beverages. Overall a wonderful atay.
