It was clean, cute, and in a great location—just a short drive to Santa Rosa Beach and a 20 min drive to Destin. Check-in was easy with a door code, no need to go to an office. Would definitely stay again!

Our King Suite was clean, nicely decorated and in a great location—just a short drive to Santa Rosa Beach and a 20 min drive to Destin. Check-in was easy with a door code, no need to go to an office. Would definitely stay again!

This property is great. Make sure you call the day of or before to get your room number and entry codes. Room was clean and beautiful. Would have been nice if they would have had a broom and dust pan in the room so I could sweep up the sand since we don’t have housekeeping. But that’s my only complaint

It was almost perfect lol… only this is the cleaning crew needs to make sure they’re changing out the shower curtains! And even if it appears that the guest didn’t use the utensils etc. deep clean them anyway I say this because I pulled out the kitchen scissors and they had old food on them while being tucked away in a knife sitting.. But besides that this was a great stay the host was awesome… I don’t know what kind of mattress that was but me and my husband wanted to pack it up and take it with us we slept great… food options AZUL in Destin & papas surf burger bar outcast seafood was in Santa Rosa

Great location, well-stocked, comfortable stay!

This place exceeded our expectations! It is situated in an awesome and quiet location close to grocery, shops, food, and several beaches. The place was clean, king bed and sofa bed were comfortable, the kitchenette was a perfect size and well-stocked. The host was courteous and responsive. Additionally, we enjoyed the pool in the evenings. The building has an elevator and an ice machine. The elevator had a bit of a lag, but it worked and there were luggage carts available. I was not sure what to expect regarding public beach access, but there are plenty of options around. The parking can be limited, so just be sure to have a couple of options as a backup. We visited mid-July and had no issues finding parking at about 10am. One of the afternoons we took a stroll in the Seaside and Rosemary Beach area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Last minute trip and this was the perfect location. Very close to the beach but not crazy expensive. We loved staying in a studio apartment style room so that we could make our own breakfast and snacks. Would definitely stay again.

For a hotel room/suite, this is excellent. We stayed in the Signature King Suite and although the photos didn’t match the room, it was not misrepresented in any way in terms of character. It was nicely decorated and though simple still had some unique decor and great amenities. The full kitchen was well stocked. There was also a washer/dryer. We were short on drinking glasses but ran into the very nice housekeeping lady and she fetched us a few more glasses right away. It was limited on towels and linens for the queen sofa bed (not a pull out couch - see pics - but slept 2 teen boys just fine). So we took the advice of previous travelers and brought our own beach and bath towels, as well as our own pillows and extra blankets. Location is not next to the beach but we planned from the get go to rent bikes. We rode 5 mins via bike, packed light and were at a nice and quiet beach access with no access issues due to the fact that the Beach Highlands access is the last access on 30A before Topsail’s beaches start. Quiet beach and BEAUTIFUL. Far enough away from the traffic of the busier parts of 30A but close enough for our boys to ride there and back a couple times and us to venture out for dinner. I reached out to the management company beforehand with concerns about previous reviews and was assured all would be well - AND IT WAS. They even checked on me a couple times. I also appreciated the Affirm payment option via Expedia. I’m happy with our choice to book this suite.

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I had a terrible experience at 30A Inn & Suites. They don’t deserve a 1 star rating. The door handle was broken, the AC was leaking and spewing ice, and there was water all over the bedroom floor. The unit had a strong moldy smell, and I couldn’t even sleep in the bedroom because of the conditions. I contacted management while I was there, but no one ever came to fix the issues or followed up with me. After my stay, I reached out again and was met with a very dismissive response. This was the worst stay I’ve ever had while visiting Santa Rosa Beach. I do not recommend this property.

It was decent… there is no front desk so you are at the mercy of if someone will answer their phone. Our door wouldn’t lock, and I asked for another pillow was told someone would get back with me no one did. I called 4 times because our door wouldnt lock and we needed to leave no one called till 2 hours later. Probably won’t be staying again. Good if you only have few options.
