Great place, great host

Juan was a great host and communicated with us the whole time, very clear check-in procedures checked in mid week and then followed up with very clear. Check out procedure. We had a great time staying at Ocean Village, which offers so many amenities like the beach pool gym on site restaurant golf and more. Highly recommend staying at Juan‘s place at Ocean Village.

Another great stay!

This is a great unit. Clean, comfortable and true to the description. We love that it has beach chairs, a wagon for shlepping everything, and is nicely equipped with everything you need on a beach vacation. The new restaurant and clubhouse are great, we can’t wait for the main pool to open. Great trip!

Great Condo Close to the Beach

My family stayed in the condo while in town for our aunt's memorial service. The condo was clean, close to the beach and the perfect location for what we needed. Juan was great to communicate with and very accomadating.

Perfect vacation apartment and facilities

We were all, 3 adults and 2 girls (9 @ 12), very pleased with Ocean Village premises including the on-site accessed beach - Even with main pool under restoration the available pools were not over overcrowded. Apartment 2332 was absolutely perfect, and owner Juans follow-up and responsiveness was outstanding. Highly recommended place to go and stay. BR PerS

Amazing place !!

This is a real dream ! The place is perfect, clean,cozy and everything you need is there. The beach 2 min walk is so perfect and so is the pool for the kids ! The patio is really a must and there is always things to watch while having a good meal ( golfer, rabbit, birds etc!!!) The beds are especially confortable. Really an amazing place and the owner is really helpfull. Chairs and kids toys for the beach are available. We will return for sure !

Great family trip, lovely condo.

Wonderful 2br condo, steps away from the beach and pool. We were there for 10 days to visit family over winter break, and the condo had everything we needed. It was bright, sunny, clean and comfortable. Extremely well maintained. The owners are extremely attentive and helpful. Weather was not the best, but pool was heated to 85, and we took advantage of walking the beach each day, played shuffleboard and basketball, ate at the restaurant on site, and sat on the patio playing games each night. We have rented multiple units at OV over the past few years, and this has been the nicest unit / most comfortable and organized we have stayed in so far. Closet contents are labeled, storage room has beach chairs and toys, and the welcome basket and sweet note was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay, and look forward to another trip to Ocean Village soon.

Great Spot for Families

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Ocean Village. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It is a short walk from both the pool and the beach, and we greatly enjoyed watching the golfers from the screen porch. The condo had everything we needed, and we would definitely stay there again!
