Drive right up and park your car in this awesome duplex. This lovely ground floor split bedroom layout is spacious for the whole family. In the main Living room enjoy the all the new furniture. Cozy couch and chair along with this big chaise lounge with a wrap around a modern oak wall entertainment center fitted with a large Flat screen TV and DVD player. All bedrooms are carpeted and have ceiling fans with light as well. The large Master bedroom features a King size bed and walk-in closet, Flat screen TV and master bathroom. The guest bedroom is furnished with queen bed double closet ample drawer space and a Flat Screen Television. The Dining room is dressed with a modern oak style table placed below a modern crystal chandelier. Kitchen counters are Corian, features a side-by-side refrigerator with outside ice maker and water dispenser in this spacious fully equipped kitchen. The patio is completely screened in with a table with 2 chairs, an overhead fan with light and shutters too!!! WIFI, Basic Cable, Washer/Dryer, Beach Chairs & Towels are included.

Bad no sems

The property was very nice but the carpet was not clean, didn’t have a working toaster, shower in master needed to be fixed. Water ran whole time shower ran. Could heR upstIrs tv or radio through ceiling at various times... quite loud. You need to warn renters about no see Ins. They about ate me up!
