Great 4 Months

If you meet the owner, you will know that you made a good choice. She was very open and warm. She left food and general household items for our use while we were acclimating. The neighborhood is in a convenient location and very safe. The view from the lanai was very peaceful. I spent quite a lot of my downtime there. We rate the condo between 4.5 and 4.75 on a scale of 1-5, 5 being top. It didn't get a 5 rating because we are used to our place. We would rent there again.

Winter Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the condo this year. Everything was clean and as shown in online description. The owner was there to meet us and showed us where everything was and got us hooked up to the Internet. The condo had everything it seemed that a person could want. The pool was very nice and the people were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay. The only con we had was location as it is next to Cape Coral road which is very busy. The master bedroom is in the end of the condo facing said road. The road noise was very annoying to me (a light sleeper) causing me trouble falling asleep and very often waking me up early as well. Weekends were worse than the others. So if a person is a light sleeper they might want to take this into consideration or bring ear plugs 😊
