Feels like a resort with pool, hot tub, tennis courts and gym! Enter through your private coded elevator into an entry foyer, then through hallway, for a feeling of peace and privacy. Your chef's kitchen awaits with granite countertops, modern appliances with filtered ice and water dispenser, and large breakfast bar. Enjoy sunset, boat, dolphin and river views while sipping cocktails, tea, or dining in your screened Lanai with your friends. Master bedroom has TV, his and her walk in closets, en-suite bath with 2 sinks, deep soak tub and glass shower. Take a dip in the infinity pool overlooking the river, exercise, soak in the sun. Take the trolley or walk only 15 min to Downtown Ft. Myers and enjoy many of the great restaurants and clubs, high end shops, art galleries, and much more. Parking spot is included. Visit the fresh market in downtown Ft. Myers and on Fridays visit the flea markets Fleamasters Fleamarket, Flea Market of Ortiz Ave and other. Easily accessible to Florida's best beaches/islands, including Fort Myers beach, Lovers Key, Boca Grande, Sanibel, Siesta Key, Cayo Costa and Captiva. Take the ferry over to Key West, rent a boat for a sailing/fishing trip, 2-3 hours drive to Miami, Orlando or Ft. Lauderdale.
