This lovely 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo property is only steps to the beautiful Clubhouse that offers a wide array of amenities! The relaxing enclosed lanai, has spectacular water and golf course views! The Legends is a private country club, which has a clubhouse w/ fine dining, sports pub and an outdoor sunset grill aside of a stunning Lagoon Style Pool w/ a Waterfall! While you are staying here, you will have access to the Golf and Social Membership, which includes tennis, championship golf, bocce, pickleball & an exercise center/aerobics room w/ tons of classes to choose from. The Legends Golf Community is just minutes from shopping, dining, entertainment, the International Airport, and about 25 minutes to many of the beaches in SW Florida.
